注：必联网开标一览表中的报价方式和投标币种目前只支持选填一种（如CIF和美元），出现双币种（如美元和人民币）和双条件（如CIF和DDP）情况的，投标价请填写折算到单一币种（如美元）的总金额（注意单位：万，不同币种间的汇率可自行预估和换算），并在开标一览表的备注中写明：投标报价为CIF xxx美元+DDP xxx人民币。
评标委员会计算评标价格以实际报价为基准，以开标当日中国银行总行首次发布的外币对人民币的现汇卖出价进行投标货币对评标货币的转换。
